14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of Quantum Edge Trader. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase date.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
✅ Eligible for Refund:
- Request submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase date
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
- Brief explanation of dissatisfaction (helps us improve)
- No violation of Terms of Service
- Software was tested on a demo account (recommended)
❌ NOT Eligible for Refund:
- Request after 14-day period has expired
- Live trading losses (we do not guarantee profits)
- User error or failure to follow documentation
- Incompatible broker or MT5 version (check compatibility first)
- License key was shared or resold
- Account was banned for Terms of Service violations
- Buyer’s remorse without trying the Software
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Submit Request
Email refunds@quantumedge-trading.com with:
- Your order number
- Purchase email address
- Brief reason for refund (2-3 sentences)
- MT5 account number(s) used (for license deactivation)
Step 2: Review (24-48 hours)
Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or offer troubleshooting assistance.
Step 3: License Deactivation
Once approved, your license will be deactivated. You must delete all copies of the Software.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Stripe): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 2-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days (varies by country)
3. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:
- 80% refund: For requests on days 8-14 after extensive use
- 50% refund: For documented technical issues we cannot resolve
- Upgrade credit: Full amount as credit toward higher license tier
4. No Refund Scenarios
We cannot issue refunds in these situations:
- Market conditions changed (volatility, spreads, slippage)
- Live trading resulted in losses (all trading carries risk)
- User did not follow installation instructions
- User did not configure Claude API properly
- User exceeded prop firm daily loss limits (user responsibility)
- Broker changed terms or restricted EA usage
- User’s MT5 terminal crashed or had issues (not Software fault)
5. Chargebacks
IMPORTANT: Please contact us BEFORE filing a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will result in:
- Immediate license deactivation
- Permanent ban from purchasing our products
- Legal action for fraud (if applicable)
We resolve 99% of issues directly and fairly. Give us a chance to help you first!
6. License Transfers
Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time license transfer to another MT5 account:
- Free for first transfer
- $30 fee for subsequent transfers
- Maximum 2 transfers per year
7. Exceptions and Special Cases
Medical/Financial Hardship
If you experience unexpected medical or financial hardship, contact us. We may offer:
- Extended refund period
- Payment plan instead of refund
- Temporary license suspension (up to 6 months)
Technical Issues
If you encounter technical problems:
- Contact support FIRST (we solve 95% of issues within 24 hours)
- Allow 48 hours for troubleshooting
- If unresolved, full refund will be issued
8. Post-Refund Terms
After receiving a refund:
- You must delete all copies of the Software
- Your license key will be permanently deactivated
- You may repurchase at current pricing (no discount)
- You may NOT use backed-up copies (violation of Terms)
9. Upgrade/Downgrade Policy
- Upgrade: Pay difference between tiers (no refund period reset)
- Downgrade: Not available (refund and repurchase instead)

Fair Use Statement
This refund policy is designed to protect genuine customers while preventing abuse. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who repeatedly purchase and refund, or show patterns of abuse.
